Access Cards Are the Core Product

An access card is a creator-defined subscription offer. It can have a name, edition, price, renewal interval, notes, and a set of permissions that explain what the fan gets.

Messaging Access

Cards can control whether a fan may send direct text, photo, or video messages to a creator.

Private Story Access

Creators can include private story access, including partial access levels where supported.

Free or Paid

Cards may be free to follow or paid as recurring subscriptions with clear access and billing state.

Creator Tools Start with a Platform Subscription

Creators subscribe to DRIPn's creator platform plan to unlock creator-role tools. Once active, a creator can publish access cards, set permissions, manage listings, and offer fan subscriptions.

Fan Experience

Fans browse a creator's available cards, buy or follow one, keep access while eligible, and can switch cards when they want a different level of access.

Purchases and Creator Payouts

DRIPn supports two recurring purchase paths: fans subscribe to creator access cards, and creators subscribe to the platform plan that enables creator tools.

  1. Customers purchase through DRIPn. Fan purchases and creator platform subscriptions are started from DRIPn checkout flows and tied back to the relevant account, card, or creator-role state.
  2. Access follows subscription state. A fan's active card determines what they can do with that creator. Cancellations and card switches update access based on the current or upcoming billing period.
  3. Eligible creators may receive later payouts. Wyrk intends to use Stripe Connect for eligible creator payouts, subject to onboarding, eligibility, account standing, review, provider approval, and timing requirements. Payouts are not instant or automatic.

Public Operating Model

DRIPn is the customer-facing product. Wyrk LLC is the company behind it. Customers purchase fan access cards or creator platform subscriptions through DRIPn; eligible creators may later receive payouts through supported payout providers after the required checks are complete.

Initial Launch Scope

DRIPn's initial launch is US-focused and limited to non-explicit creator access cards, fan subscriptions, and creator platform subscriptions.

The initial launch does not include adult or explicit monetization, wallet or stored-value balances, crypto or token products, gambling or betting, sweepstakes, or tipping.
